If you have special requests like cleaning your interior windows, or inside the oven or fridge, we are happy to accommodate for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so that we can schedule and price your house cleaning or office cleaning appropriately.

Deep Cleaning Services are typically required for first time cleanings with J&I Maintenance. If it as been a while since your home has been professionally cleaned, or you’ve had a party recently, or you’re looking for a move in/out scrub down, choose the Deep Cleaning Service to bring your abode up to speed so it can be ready for future Basic Cleaning Service. Deep Cleaning Services include meticulous cleaning of your Refrigerator, Oven, Cabinets, Shelves, and Interior Windows.

Carpet Cleanings can be aded on to Basic House Cleaning and/or Deep Cleanings. We recommend pairing this with Deep Cleanings or Move-in/Move out Cleans to ensure your home is in top shape. For an additional fee, J&I Maintenance can also help with your carpet extraction needs.
